  • Comedy Club 4 kids at Lincoln Drill Hall, Free School Lane, LN2 1EY

2pm-3pm Price: £8

Since 2005, the Comedy Club 4 Kids has been getting the best stand-ups and sketch acts from the international circuit to do their thing for an audience of children (aged 6+) and their families… but without the rude bits! A decade later, the company has expanded from one London residency to being countrywide, running shows and workshops all over the UK from Peebles to Portsmouth, even producing a book on how to write and perform stand-up. The show is family friendly, but without any patronising idiocy. In fact, it’s just like a normal comedy club, but it’s on in the day, kids are allowed in, and thus there is a higher than usual chance of heckles like “why is that your face!?”

  • Easter Weekend at Lincoln Castle, LN1 3AA

10am – 4.30pm

There’s still time to complete our Alice in Wonderland Easter Quest and claim your chocolate reward. As a special treat this weekend, in the Castle grounds, we are joined by Mister ‘Posh’ Peter Cooper, the celebrated human torch! Step into the prison to meet our Victorian duo.  Inspired by the Mad Hatter’s tea party in Lewis Carroll’s classic story, Alice in Wonderland, our Victorian lady is here to instruct you on how you should have been taking tea in Victorian times and the etiquette that the Hatter should have displayed! Our very own Victorian Hatter is also present and as well as seeing if you need a new hat (and in what style) he may also have a riddle or two that you can help him to solve!

  • Great Big Easter Egg Hunt at Tattershall Farm Park, Marsh Lane, Tattershall, LN4 4JR

Hunts at 11am and 1pm

Collect one of each of the different coloured eggs and claim your chocolate egg from the Easter Bunny and his helpers. Keep your eyes peeled for the hidden golden eggs to claim special prizes. Join in with festive fun games, bunny hop, duck racing and more! Tickets are the usual £6.50 for adults and £7.50 for children that want to join the egg hunt and claim their chocolate egg prize. If you have an annual pass (or if your child is under 2), then there is just a £1 charge towards the cost of the chocolate egg but you will still need to go online and buy a ticket.

We meet the Easter Bunny for each Egg Hunt, the aim is to find one of each of the 6 plastic eggs, pop them in your egg box and meet the Easter Bunny and his helpers who will then swap your full box of coloured plastic eggs for a lovely chocolate egg.

We’re not scared of a little bad weather, so rain or shine this event will be going ahead.  So, if you buy a ticket, they are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. ANYONE seen stamping on plastic eggs or throwing them in with the animals will be asked to leave the park immediately.  This behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstance.  NO REFUNDS will be given if you are asked to leave the park due to anti-social behaviour. Unfortunately last year there was an issue with a few badly behaved families and this year we have a zero tolerance policy. www.facebook.com/TattershallFarmPark
