Lets face it, Mum’s body has been through a lot and has to be able to cope with the demands of a new baby, possibly work and older children too! The New Mum MOT is a six week check up with a specialist Women’s Health Physio
to help get pelvic floor and tummy muscles working properly so that Mum can get back in shape and return to full fitness.

Hypopressive Fitness

Learn Low Pressure Hypopressive Techniques to repair and restore Pelvic Floor Function and resolve Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation), Improve Core stability and abdominal strength and tone and see real improvements in your waistline in just a few sessions.

Post Natal Repair & Pelvic Health Course

If you suffer from pelvic floor weakness, have been told you have a pelvic organ prolapse, are pre or post natal or would simply like to understand how the pelvic floor works, this course is suitable for you. 6 hour-long sessions include; education, exercise, practical solutions and homework.

Clinical Pilates

Our expertly led Clinical Pilates classes aim to improve posture, strength and tone, restore balance to the body and improve day-to-day function. Don’t expect to see your instructor at the front of the class having a workout – she will be working with you, offering hands-on correction to make sure you perform the exercises correctly and get the most out of your session

Reformer Pilates

With expert guidance, participants can expect to see improvements in posture, flexibility, strength and body shape after just a few classes, while the dynamic flow of the class encourages concentration, focus and precision leaving the mind and spirit relaxed and uplifted. We believe in giving clients individual attention so there are only six participants in each class making Reformer training safe and adaptable for all regardless of ability or fitness.
